Resolution 93-1 outlined processes to be followed in case of a violation of the Bylaws or the Rules and Regulations of Talltree South by a unit owner.

Storage Rooms

Each condo unit is assigned a storage bin in a storage room. Keys to the storage room also unlock the laundry room in your building. These keys may not be duplicated. They should be provided to you by the prior owner. Keys to the storage bin itself are provided by the individual owner.

If lost, the entire building must be rekeyed and new keys issued. There will be a charge made to the unit owner losing the key.
