The Annual Meeting, open to all owners, will be held October 12 at the Fairview Park Marriott starting at 6:00 pm. Please be sure to attend the meeting, in person or by submitting your proxy.
Balconies and patios are “limited common elements”. “Limited common elements” are structurally part of the common building, but are used by only an individual unit owner. It is your responsibility to maintain them in a neat and clean condition. You may not store indoor furniture, bicycles, or other inappropriate items on balconies. Outdoor furnishings such as patio tables and chairs are permitted.
