Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some answers to commonly asked questions.

How do I get a coupon book for the new year?

Contact the site office for instructions on where to pay your condo fee.  New coupon books will be mailed to you before the start of each year.  Assessments are due on the 1st day of each month.

How do I get a parking decal or visitor pass?

If you need parking decals or temporary visitor's passes, please contact the on-site office. They can also be mailed to you.

What do I do about a noise problem from my neighbors?

You may contact the Fairfax County Police at their non-emergency number (703) 691-2131 for all matters that involve neighbor to neighbor noise complaints and suspicious persons or activities.

How do I contact someone after hours?

The Board has arranged with Cardinal Management to hande emergency calls any time the site office is not open. Call (703) 569-5797, whether during normal hours or after hours. (NOTE: the main Cardinal number will replace the 1-866-370-2989 number on June 3, 2021.)

How do I get a copy of the approved budget?

If you need a copy, contact the on-site office.

Keys

The Bylaws require that each owner supply the Association with a working set of keys for emergency access and to perform other necessary duties. The keys are not a lock-out service, however, if you have provided the office with a key, the on-site manager can give you access to your unit during office hours. If your front and rear doors are keyed differently, you may want to provide both keys to the office in case an emergency blocks one door.

Mailbox keys are solely the responsibility of the Unit Owner. Neither the Association nor the Postal Service has a key for your individual mailbox. If your key is lost, the safest recourse is to replace the mailbox lock using the services of a locksmith.
