Resolution 95-5: Suspension of Rights and Privileges

Effective: July 19, 1995.

Resolution 95-5 covers the right of the Board of Directors to suspend an owner's rights, including but not limited to use of the pool and parking lot if they owner's account is delinquent. It includes procedures for a hearing.

Barbecue Grills

Barbecue grills are tightly regulated in Fairfax County. Only electric grills are permitted to be used near multi-family residential buildings. Fairfax County Ordinance states that no charcoal grill or any gasoline or other flammable liquid or liquefied petroleum gas-fired stove or similar device shall be ignited or used on balconies or within 15 feet of any apartment building.
