Resolution 95-5: Suspension of Rights and Privileges

Effective: July 19, 1995.

Resolution 95-5 covers the right of the Board of Directors to suspend an owner's rights, including but not limited to use of the pool and parking lot if they owner's account is delinquent. It includes procedures for a hearing.

Rule Violations

The Virginia Condominium Act allows the imposition of a $50 charge for a single violation, or a $10 per day charge for a continuing violation until the violation is corrected, for up to 90 days.
