Barbecue Grills
Barbecue grills are tightly regulated in Fairfax County. Only electric grills are permitted to be used near multi-family residential buildings. Fairfax County Ordinance states that no charcoal grill or any gasoline or other flammable liquid or liquefied petroleum gas-fired stove or similar device shall be ignited or used on balconies or within 15 feet of any apartment building.Key Documents
