On-Site Office
Tall Tree South maintains an on-site office located at 4903 Americana Drive, #T-5. It is at the end of the building, down the stairs. Office hours are as follows:

Property Management Office
Cardinal Management Group is the property manager for Tall Tree South.
You may also register for an electronic funds transfer (EFT) account with Cardinal, which will automatically deduct your payments from your bank account.
Emergencies
The Board has arranged with Cardinal Management to handle emergency calls any time the site office is not open. For emergency calls, call (703) 569-5797.
