Resolution 97-1 states that owners and tenants need permission of the Board of Directors to install an antenna or satellite dish, which must comply with the guidelines stated in this resolution. A form to request that permission is provided.

The Fairfax County 24-Hour Noise Ordinance includes television, stereos and parties, as well as barking and/or howling animals.
