Resolution 2009-3: Balconies and Patios, including Doors

Effective: June 1, 2009

Resolution 2009-3 includes prior rules with regard to balconies and patios, and formalizes rules with regard to unit exterior doors, storm doors and screen doors, including rules for grills.

Resolution 2009-3 supersedes Resolution 98-1, Balconies and Patios.

Furnaces and Air Conditioners

Furnaces and air conditioners are the property of the unit owners, not the Association. All unit owners must have the furnace located within their unit inspected every two years by a company licensed and insured in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and cleaned and/or repaired as indicated by the inspection.
