You should purchase and maintain a smoke extinguisher for your unit. There is also an extinguisher on the terrace level and on the first floor of every building.

Tenant Education

Landlords must make their tenants aware of all rules and regulations of the Association before they move in. This includes, but is not limited to, providing them with the most recent copy of the Handbook and making them aware of this website.
