Smoke Detectors

Fairfax County requires that all residences have operational smoke detectors. Please make sure that the smoke detectors in your unit are in proper working condition and tested at least monthly.

Fire Extinguishers

You should purchase and maintain a smoke extinguisher for your unit. There is also an extinguisher on the terrace level and on the first floor of every building.
