Resolution 20010-2 supersedes policy resolution 94-1, Insurance Deductible. This was signed and mailed to the owners by Cardinal Management.

Pest Control

It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure that the unit is maintained in a clean and habitable condition. Pest extermination for roaches, silverfish, etc., is provided by the Association. To schedule extermination, contact the site office. Pest Control is provided to you by the Association at no charge to you. You must, however, schedule the service through the Association office.
