Resolution 2004-2: Move-In/Move-Out

Effective:  September 22, 2004.

Resolution 2004-2 states that moves must be scheduled 5 days in advance and coordinated with the office. Sets Move-In / Move-Out fee at $100. Owners are responsible for any damages to common elements caused by the move.  Supersedes resolution 2002-3.

Barbecue Grills

Barbecue grills are tightly regulated in Fairfax County. Only electric grills are permitted to be used near multi-family residential buildings. Fairfax County Ordinance states that no charcoal grill or any gasoline or other flammable liquid or liquefied petroleum gas-fired stove or similar device shall be ignited or used on balconies or within 15 feet of any apartment building.
