Resolution 2004-2: Move-In/Move-Out

Effective: September 22, 2004.

Resolution 2004-2 states that moves must be scheduled 5 days in advance and coordinated with the office. Sets Move-In / Move-Out fee at $100. Owners are responsible for any damages to common elements caused by the move. Supersedes resolution 2002-3.

Change Notices

A form must be submitted when there is a change in tenants, an address or phone number change for you, or a change in agents who may be managing your property. Change notices are available from the Association office.
