If you need to come into the Talltree South Site Office, you must wear a mask.
Only one person at a time may enter the office to meet with the site manager due to COVID-19 restrictions and the small size of the office.

Windows are the responsibility of the unit owner. Window coverings must be white or beige (see Board Resolution 2006-1).

The type of replacement windows must be approved by the Board of Directors. Replacement of broken glass is the responsibility of the unit owner.
