Talltree South COVID Policies

  • If you need to come into the Talltree South Site Office, you must wear a mask. 
  • Only one person at a time may enter the office to meet with the site manager due to COVID-19 restrictions and the small size of the office.

 

Pest Control

It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure that the unit is maintained in a clean and habitable condition. Pest extermination for roaches, silverfish, etc., is provided by the Association. To schedule extermination, contact the site office. Pest Control is provided to you by the Association at no charge to you.  You must, however, schedule the service through the Association office.
