IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: ANNUAL MEETING 11/12/2025

hot slice of pizza 40pctThe Annual Meeting for the Talltree South Unit Owners Association will be held Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the Talltree Gardens party room. Snacks or pizza will be served!

All owners should drop off their witnessed and signed proxy before the meeting at the Talltree South Site Office, or plan to attend the meeting in person!

It is extremely important that we achieve a quorum to elect the board of directors, from which the board will elect its officers.

Remember, decisions that affect YOU are made by this board of volunteers -- for example, setting the budget that covers planned expenditures and determines your condo fee. If you want to know what is going on, please come out.  If you feel that you are qualified and able to contribute in managing your most valuable asset, your property, please consider running for the board.

Owners will also get the opportunity to ask questions of the board and provide their input!

Furnaces and Air Conditioners

Furnaces and air conditioners are the property of the unit owners, not the Association. All unit owners must have the furnace located within their unit inspected every two years by a company licensed and insured in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and cleaned and/or repaired as indicated by the inspection.
