Resolution 2010-1: Pets

Effective: April 1, 2010.

Resolution 2010-1 supersedes resolution 1988-1: Pet Rules / Size Limitation.

Removes 40 lb weight limitation for dogs, also. Note that although this resolution is unsigned, it was signed and mailed out by Cardinal. We just need to scan a copy.

Rule Violations

The Virginia Condominium Act allows the imposition of a $50 charge for a single violation, or a $10 per day charge for a continuing violation until the violation is corrected, for up to 90 days.
