Community Improvement Plans

gardeningThe Board is in the process of gathering any and all suggestions for improving things at Talltree South, and will be conducting a survey soon. Think outside the box and brainstorm anything you would like to see done, and we will fold it into our planning process.

We have already gotten a wide range of suggestions, from the mundane (repaving the parking lot) to the creative (update the balcony railings) to the upscale (add outside locks and a buzz-in system to the entranceway doors).  We also welcome suggestions on improving the landscaping of the grounds, changing the logo and directional signs, the playground, etc.

This won't all get done anytime soon but we want your best ideas for our planning.

Late Payment

Any condominium fees (assessments), special assessments, or other charges which are not received by the Managing Agent by the 10th of the month are considered late and interest and fees are automatically added to the amount due.

After two or more returned checks, the Board of Directors may require all future payments to be made by certified check or money order for the remainder of the year. A fee will be assessed for every returned check.

The Board of Directors may suspend an owner's right to use services and facilities, including pool and parking facilities, if an account is past due.
