We are pleased to welcome a new site manager, Ms. Mollie Loeffler. As some of you know, Jason Smith has moved to Texas and is getting married. We thank him for all his hard work at Talltree South and wish him well in married life!
Mollie has several years of business and community organization experience. She built the Parklawn Civic Association and re-formed the Mason District Council of Community Associations. She was awarded the 2010 Fairfax County Citizen of the Year!
A George Mason graduate, she is the president of Parklawn Civic Association, and vice chair of the Mason District Council. She is dedicated and energetic, and is a professional ballroom dance instructor!
We look forward to her applying that energy to revitalizing the Talltree South community! |

Dorothy Firsching, Talltree South's president, wrote an article about Talltree South that was just published in the July 2011 issue of Quorum Magazine, of the Metropolitan Washington Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI), under the title Hard Work -- Rewarded.
This article detailed the accomplishments that landed us the "Most Improved" condo association through application of CAI guidelines. We will provide a link if we can find it online.
Stay tuned. Dorothy has a history of Talltree South in progress. Contact her if you have any stories to contribute, whether about recent or old.
